Kickoff for the upcoming season is November 2, 2019
The Hudson Basketball Association (HBA) is offering the following in house basketball programs this year:
Last year, 433 boys and girls prek – 6th grade participated in the HBA program. We are introducing a number of changes this year to improve scheduling as well as to provide kids new opportunities to learn and develop their basketball skills.
The in-house program will have some updates this year. There will still be a focus on player skills but there will also be a concentration on game play. Much of the time in sessions later in the season will focus on game play. The goal is to develop skills and game play to help the overall basketball player. There will also be changes in how players will be grouped for Saturday morning sessions. The sessions will be organized and run like a basketball camp. Hopefully this will maximize the amount of time players get in the gym and help them develop their skills. The HBA feels these changes will help the overall development of all the kids involved.
Information specific to times, dates, and locations will be posted on hudsonhoops.com.
